You ported to the wrong number!!

2 days ago i received my new phone/contract and i phoned your call centre to have my current MTN prepaid number ported to the new contract which i was told would take 12 hours. Today i call again as nothing has happened and the agent i spoke to has confirmed that you guys have ported my MTN number to the wrong contract!
I WANT THIS RESOLVED TODAY!!
