Don't want to replace my phone although I'm Paying

I lost my phone and reported it to Autopage to be blacklisted.
Afterwards I waited the 48 hour period and received an ITC number.
I got the Case number from the Police and returned to Autopage to replace my lost Galaxy S4.
At this stage Autopage informed me that I would not be able to replace my phone.
I pay R103.51 per month for R10 000.00 Coverage on my Autopage account.
With my next invoice they still charged me the R103.51.
This seems to me like insurance. How can I pay for a service and not receive anything in return.
If this is not sorted I will have to take this to the insurance ombudsman.
