Poor service repairs

After waiting just over a month to get my phone back, i was livid for the fact that when i got home and charged my phone
, i saw my scroller of blackberry 9300 was STILL not working, i decided to phone in and complain, i was told to bring my phone back in and that it would be sent for repairs AGAIN!!! ARE U KIDDING ME!!! If technicians couldnt succeed in repairing it the first time, what makes these people think they would get it right the second time? i think it was pathetic repair work, i was assured by the sales assistant that my phone was working 100%, i want a new phone!! im so sorry i took a contract out with cell c, i never had these problems with vodacom always had excellent service from them, wish i could say the same for cell c, heartbraking!!!
