I have to foot the bill for their bad service

I called customer services on Thursday 30.05.13 about a query and I received no response back.

A debit order went off from my account on 29.05.2013 for R205.00 which was not suppose to happen. I have previously had this issue as I only get paid on the last day of every month. I was charged R60.00 for an unpaid debit order. I would like an explanation regarding this as well as a refund as this is not my fault.

Their response:

As per your query, the debit order date was set for the 30th on our system and your pay date is the 31St of each month. Thus the debit order date went off before money was in your account and that resulted in the R60. The other fees are the monthly admin fees that gets deducted every month.

The way forward,

We will change your debit order date for the 31st to avoid this in the future. Kindly note that we are unable to refund you for the R60 that went off on your account.
