Cell C
Competing with Jhb City Council??

Several weeks ago I got an sms from Cell C saying that my account had been handed over for collection as I was owing R990. I had no idea what it was about (they had the wrong initials on the sms), and so phoned and enquired about it. I'm not sure if I was told then or if someone phoned back a few days later to say the amount had been paid, so I left it at that. On Tuesday I got another sms threatening to hand over my account if it was not paid withing 48 hours. Once again I don't know what it is about and the initials are wrong. It appears to me that Cell C are competing with Jhb City Council for the billing incompetence title. I am not sure who is more deserving...
