I want my refund!

Well let me start with why I am complaining, you guys debited my account on the 30th of Oct and then again on the 31st of October, firstly my due date was 31st not the 30th so you messed up the debit system, then you took the money twice!

Now I am R3000 short in my account and my other debit orders are going off tonight but I will be short of money because your call center tells me they can only refund my money within 7 working days!!!

II cannot wait 7 days because you guys made a stuff up on your system, GET MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!!

Your call center agents are useless in helping and on your email you said I need to call you to discuss, when I called the just wanted to tell me I have to wait 7 days??? This is not acceptable I want my money back today!
