No service, no follow-up

Up until two months ago, I had been very happy with the service received from Cell C. Then I began having severe: Calls were dropped; Calls failed to go out; Calls didn't come in; People couldn't hear me when they did get through; SMS failed to deliver.

On 29 July 2013 I called Cell C customer service, terribly frustrated. I was bounced from one agent to another, explaining my problems, for a total call time of 45 minutes. The next day (30 July) I received an sms saying I had been issued with a ticket SD 128856.

I have heard nothing back from Cell C, in six weeks now. In that time my service has been continually unreliable.

Today, after experiencing a week of serious problems with calls, I called Customer Service again. After waiting for ten minutes, I got through to an agent. In the middle of my call with her (from a landline) the call deteriorated in quality and then dropped on Cell C's side! At that point I gave up.

This has been an appalling experience. The lack of service I have experienced has affected my work and my personal life, and I cannot continue to be a Cell C customer, nor recommend the network to anyone.
