CELL C NETWORK AND SERVICE IS REPULSIVE

I signed a Cell C PostPaid Straight Up 200 contract on 21-12-2012. I have requested Cell C to cancel my contract because I cannot use the services to the standard I expect, and that constitutes a breach of our agreement.

Reasons:

1. Continuous dropped calls and most often nothing can be heard for both caller and receiver.
2. No 3G coverage in Melrose Arch.
3. Unreliable to no connectivity on receiving and placing calls - more missed call msgs received.
4. Not a single emailed bill received after requesting bills to be emailed.
5. Each time different call agents escalate my case to different departments; end calls abruptly using the survey of service; promise that I will be called at the end of day but no correspondence received whatsoever; state that their supervisor will call by end of day but no calls received.
6. Customer care line calls fail after holding on for long durations.
7. Agent stated that my queries have been forwarded to the wrong people.

I want this contract cancelled immediately.

I will gladly return my handset.

I expect to receive a letter stating that debit orders will be cancelled.

I cannot afford to pay R399 pm for such unreliable network and service.
