Seriously Cell-C?..SERIOUSLY???

So I receive a sms from Pholosa Debt collectors stating that I have been handed over for collection of R361.72. I call them and they can't give me details and that I have to call Cell-C. Call-C can't see what it's about and hand me over to Legal... Legal look into it and low and behold it's for an account that we had with cell-C back in 2011 for a sim card for a modem that has now been racking up interest and NO-ONE has told me about it. We closed the account after 1 year, made a final payment and after a bit of too-ing and fro-ing we were informed that the account had now been closed and the final amount paid of R149-00 on 24/05/2012. In fact I still have the final letter that was sent to you terminating the service on 12-03-2012. I will gladly send this through to you once a service representative has contacted me., cause I've had it with someone on that side who is not doing their work and dumps joe public with the bill for their -up. I'm sooo not taking this lying down. SORT THIS MASSIVE out.
