I phoned CELL C in September 2011 to request a settlement amount so I can settle my contract. I received a settlement amount, paid it and sent proof of payment. CELL C credited my account with my payment but did not settle the contract. In MAY 2013 they hand me over to ITC for R 1383 saying it is arrears on an account that was SETTLED in SEPTEMBER 2011. Pre-legal department ask me to confirm payment which I do BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION. This is the most UNHELPFUL DEPARTMENT & COMPANY. AND even worse than that is THAT CELL C hand people over to ITC without speaking to me...??? AND don't try speak to a manager in the legal department - I get told they don't take phone calls?? How does a problem get escalated if I can't speak to a manager as the staff ARE USELESS... totally disgusted
