Oh please, first Pholosa now you. As explained on numerous occasions via phone and emails my last Cell C account was settled about 2.5 years ago. I left Cell C and went over to another service provider in 2011. I remember I requested Cell C to provide me with a detail final account to ensure that I don't owe them anything afterwards. The final outstanding amount that was provided to me was for R1311.32 and was paid via EFT on 18/04/2011. I never received any bills/accounts or correspondence from Cell C since settlement. Normally I never keep proof of payments for that long, but in this case I did, which I send to Pholosa via Email on 01/08/2013 and a CC to Cell C. I done my part of the deal, so please stop harassing me with incompetent call centre staff and SMS's.
