Paying price for CellC incompetence and false info

During an overseas trip I wanted sms roaming, CellC don't offer this. So I activated International roaming. I was NEVER told data cost R500/mb OR R2500 deposit was payable. My line is now blocked (in & out calls) after receiving an account of R5600.I called to enquire about account. I was told my query would take 72hrs to resolve. Two days later I got message to call 140.A note on the system said they tried to call me back, but they used my blocked CellC nr? And consultants cannot accept incoming calls? After 10 DAYS, I phoned them again. They requested my details for a security check, & informed me that the address I gave does not match the system! The address I gave is the same proof of res I provided for FICA.I was told to go to branch with proof of res again! I demanded to speak to manager. The manager said that they had called me last week & left a message. When I asked what number she phoned me on, the numbers were all incorrect-numbers I have never owned! Why are my details incorrect even though I handed in all my FICA docs??!! Why am I being held accountable for CellC's error?? And what about my rights under CPA to be informed of international billing information BEFORE being charged R5600!!
