FAULTY PHONE

HI, My Sony Xperia Z is water damaged. All the seals were correctly closed, water entered through the back cover and damaged the battery. The phone was collected and I was told Sony would test to see if the flaps were faulty or what happened? The phone was returned and the battery was not even checked or tested. I will keep posting on Hello peter in the aim of improving their service. I see adverts every day accross from my house, all over bill boards on Katherine Drive saying (1m deep for 30 minutes). Please remove these billboards or take this phone back ad test it as i requested two months ago.. I have added other complaints, they have been removed and are not visible for some reason.
