Not getting mtn contract as in booklet advertised

I upgraded from a blackberry phone to a sony xperiaV, as with my blackberry I was on the anytime top up 350, the sony contract showed that on the anytime top up 350 I would receive 350 minutes airtime, 350 mb of data, and 350 smses, only to find that when my airtime was loaded it was only 350 minutes airtime, and 50 smses... the sales lady at mtn said I was on a closed line or something thats whybi didnt receive everything, she didnt say that to me when I upgraded, I was under the impression I will get it as shown in theyre booklet as advertised... now im paying more for the contract but getting allmost nothing!
