11 MONTHS with NO Success (Telkom)

I am fed up. Telkom is literally my money as I have payed over 7 thousand rand the last 11 months for little to no Internet at all. I have tried everything... Drove to 3 of the telkom field service centers and explained to them that OUR BUSINESS LINE is not working up to speed. I drove a Telkom worker to the premises. I phoned the call center Over 150 times now. And they JUST don't care about us .. But are Very To the point to cut off if we refuse to pay...
