MTN takes airtime without reason

MTN has deducted funds of my airtime due to their negligence, when i called 173, i was advised to call 1555, i called 1555 and then was advised that i need to speak to a technician, when i was put through to a technician, they advised me i need to call 173 again and speak to a supervisor, I did ask the agent on the call to speak to her supervisor, She put me on hold for 5 minutes and responded that her supervisor told her its not his problem and he refused to take the call, When i queried as to the name of the supervisorm she did mention his name is MR PHINDI,
MTN WAS AT FAULT AND THEY HAVE MADE THE MISTAKE, THE SUPERVISOR "MR PHINDI" ATTITUDE DOES NOT FALL WITHIN HIS EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS. IF THE SUPERVISOR HAS THIS ATTITUDE, WHAT DOES HIS AGENTS LEARN FROM HIM, HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A ROLE MODEL AND GUIDE THEM, MTN NEEDS TO REALLY GET RID OF PEOPLE WHO CANNOT DO THEIR JOB, AS OF NOT, MY PROBLEM IS NOT YET SORTED AND IT IS FRUSTRATING,

I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
