10 Months and still not able to SMS

After a number of complaints here
and ridiculous buck passing responses from 8ta
many iPhone 5 users on 8ta still can't send sms
we have not been offered any refunds or any concrete evidence of an effort being made to fix this issue
every time it is simply- we know about the problem..sorry
Telkom clearly doesn't care about it's customers
