9 MONTHS and R6000.00 later NOTHING helps

I recently gave up on trying to get Telkom to repair our 4 Mb BUSINESS Line.
I started having problems on this line in November 2012 . I think up to now i made approximate 80 to 100 calls to then each time reporting the fault according to their procedure they allow you to.
Here is all of my Reference numbers and people who helped me:

NOT one of these persons who I reported my problems to Phoned me back to confirm anything was done BUT the work orders was closed When i called in to find out the progression on the fault

Same problem reported of: VERY slow access Disconnecting every 5 to 30 minutes.
THIS is really unacceptable for anyone who is a customer at any business.
I even went to 2 different deployment centers to report the fault in person, even to the customer care shop aswell as took one to the premises to show where the faut is.
