I am with Telkom about 11 months now and I have sent HelloPETER 3 complaints to try and resolve this...
The first time It was resolved for almost 20 days and it started again. All the lagging and disconnecting... And worst of all is we are a Business. Not a normal house client... They just keep sending me Messages of he fault that was resolved and NOTHING was don't.
When i receive the message that it was repaired usually IT wasn't... Just Gotten out of the Spotlight of the Community... Not resolving issues.
So let me try again and after this one Fails then I will have to take more Permanent actions... Because this is not helping...
