Appalling Service from the Collections Department

For over a month I have been Liaising with the Collections Department at FNB to correct simple errors. To change a debit order date has become such a complicated matter, I was told to go into a branch to do this and after waiting half hour at the branch I was told I could have called the collections department to make this change. The debit order date was then changed to January instead of February 2013 as stated on my signed contract and told to the consultant. My account was debited at the end of January and i had requested a refund. I was assured that was would happen by a consultant and was told I would be given feedback. I have called the collections numerous times. After being incorrectly debited and then refunded after 3 weeks, I now have to deal with the collections department again, as they have added the amount "January's Instalment" to my student loan! I am honestly tired of explaining this to the admin team who obviously can't understand a simple request. I am highly disappointed and emotionally drained by the FNB Collections Department who have not assisted in rectifying this issue.
