I would just like to thank everybody who was involved in getting my lone reconnected after I had to make a big fuss about it after going an easy route by allowing Telkom mobile to do it on there own time.

when there is proper feedback given to anybody then you make a customer happy. in my case it was different to an extend however I think that it will be a learning curve for all. being a pain in somebody's life is not cool but sometimes to get things done right then hammering on those heads will make them understand a customer.

keep up the good work guys. remember that I have your email addresses and will mail you directly again if anything goes wrong. if I am wrong then I take full responsibility for it but if its not mine then lots of noise will be made.
