Poor Feedback, Poor Customer Support and they LIE!

Good afternoon,

I hope everything is going good?

The main reason for this complaint is a complaint on hello peter is the only way to get hold of telkom mobile, they don't answer emails, phone calls, nothing!

They advertise all over the place about their good customer service, but its all, you struggle to get service, feedback and its almost as is they don't want your business.

@Telkom Mobile, if you are still interested in doing business with me, you are more than welcome to phone me. Other wise stuff your contracts and don't expect me to carry a good reputation for you.

For now I would not recommend telkom mobile as they do not keep to their word and waste your time, make promises only to let you down, time and time again.
