How amazing that a company such as Vodacom cannot contact a (long standing good) client and inform them that payment cannot be effected due to card detail changes. Vodacom would rather send a NASTY message informing their (loyal) client that payment is outstanding and the service will be suspended. My credit card expired and a new one was issued. I have an exceptional credit record and when providing information to the client service at Vodacom I am questioned if I am able to meet payments. Really!! Because my card had expired. I requested to speak to a pro person and was infromed no such person exists. Really!!!
I was also informed the onus is on me to inform Vodacom of card detail changes. Really!!!
