Extrememly Slow Wi-Fi with Very Bad Connection

Hi - I took out an 8ta/Telkom Mobile contract in July 2013 and the sales person ensured me that the wi-fi reception in Sunninghill is very good and that I should have no problems. Boy-oh-boy was she wrong! Not only is the signal extremely poor but when there is signal available (usually only 1 bar) the internet is so so slow and only lasts like a minute and then cuts out and then tries to reconnect. It is so so frustrating that I have to deal with this and that I am now trapped into a 24 month contract where I have to pay every month but cannot make use of the internet/wi-fi service. It is not even worth me trying to log onto the internet as I just get frustrated that the internet is so slow. Just a simple task like trying to launch google will take half an hour! I can't handle this anymore and don't know what else I can do. The wi-fi does not work on any device I've tried... ipad, computer, samsung phone, etc. I really wish 8ta could sort out their wi-fi so that I could get some value for my money. JP
