Have not received goods waiting for month

I purchased a dining table from house and home the delivery was made on the 1august 2013. Once I received the goods I noticed that the table had damage on the top and was reported as such to the H&H. Which was acknowledged by H&H once I went to the shop as no one called to tell me that one is busy addressing the issue. Thereafter it was also noted that the mirror of the dining set did not have hooks, once I reported that issue their response was that they are aware of the issue and they will fix it n I am not only the customer that is suffering from that problem. It has been numerous time that when I call them they will say they will be getting it shorted with in a week and it has been 6 week and no positive response been received by the H&H. I would really appreciate if one can help me getting this issue sorted. However, one thing is for sure that I will never buy any thing from H&H Edenvale store or I may extend it to no purchasing from H&H at all. Also, this mistake was only from the staff so I could escalate the issue to the management but the management was also giving me empty promises.
