No network coverage - no feedback

I logged a call for bad network coverage 1 year ago, s3-lr43p-pkl31. The issue is up today the service has not been improved even though you have made promises that you will install new equipment. Other residents have logged a call also and we still not attended to. The question is when will equipment be installed or we should move to other networks.
