IPhone 5 SMS not sending and no assistance!

This is the 2nd time I am reporting this problem here:

8ta/Telkom Mobile network has not been able to send sms on iPhone 5 for over 4 months and we have not been offered any helpful solution or reimbursement for our contract fees..

We continue to pay for our contracts but are not being provided with the agreed upon service!
