Cell C
No Network

I switched from vodacom to cell c as cell c was offering much better rates. However, I didnt realise that cheaper network rates meant inferior network.. The network coverage in Sandton and Roodekrans is almost nonexistent. It is very rare that I can make and receive calls and sms, using the internet is not even an option. I had to fill out a network investigation form and forward back to them. I mailed them yet got no response from them again. Whats the point having a phone during the day when you cannot use it? Had I known about this bad service from cell c I would never have signed a contract with them. I advise whoever I know not to make the same mistake I have as the issue has been going on 6 months now.
