Cell C
Failure to repai

Have 3 contracts with Cell C. The recent one gives a bit of problems now and then. Freezing and battery life is not 100%.
Took the phone for repairs, on the day I went to collect it I was told it can't be fixed and got the phone without the CHARGER, BATTERY AND BACK COVER. Mind you I have two months with the contract and I believe Its got guarantee.

Its been a month and a half without a phone... Its unacceptable
That time i'm paying monthly for something I don't have and I'm not using.

I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
