Not allowed to cancel my contract?!

I recently got a 3G contract from Vodacom, specifically I got the deal where you get 10GB every time data and 10GB night owl data, I never took a 3G modem or anything else with the sim card.

All that I use is the 3G data.

Now I have 3 serious problems:

1) Vodacom's employees are severely incompetent, i have phoned multiple times for information cancelling my contract in accordance with the Consumers Act which I udnerstand I am allowed to cancel, yet not a single employee I have spoken to knows anything of this or is even slightly willing to tell me any information on my contract or let alone even be friendly with me, everyone has been rude and extremely unhelpful, generally just giving me the impression that they just don't give a.

2) At the time I applied better deals were available for the exact same PRICE! For instance a 20GB anytime data deal was available at the same time I applied and it was not necessary to sign a contract and yet no one told me about this, this is complete because I would have taken this deal instead and now I find out that I was to!

3) Where I live now reception is pathetic and my 3g is unusable!
