Vodacom was off 3g no cover could not eft woolies

I am fed up. Firstly Vodacom had no 3g coverage in our area for quite a while. There is a hellopeter complaint on it as well. Now Woolworths send me an sms after I transfered my money as soon as vodacom recovered their modem signals. I send my premium - but still today get an sms that i have been reported to credit bureu as bad payment. These call centres!!! They did not phone me - i could not email them to tell them my payment will be little late due to vodacom 3g not working. I stay very far from any big town. In a small town 105 km away from my nearest town. But Woolworths rate me bad for premium being little late which was not my fault. I pay premium every month with eft. I dont use my card for many months i only pay back my card. But Woolworths call centre decides i am a bad client! Woolworths I will never buy from you ever again!
