After reporting a fault on our telephone line, we were informed that the matter would be dealt with within five working days. Within the hour, an SMS was received, confirming the reference number issued, and an hour later, a further SMS was received, confirming that the matter was being attended to. Ten minutes later, the technician, Norman, arrived to carry out the repairs to the line. He was professional and friendly, and had the line fixed in no time. Well done to all involved. I'm impressed!!
