For the last 1 year and 14 days we have been having trouble with our phone and internet. In April, and 5 Technicians it was sorted out until yesterday when we were again without a telephone. Phoned the faults dept from a cell phone and after hanging on and being told to wait for a consultant, the phone was eventually put down on us. Sent an SMS and got the above reference no. Got someone to have the line checked and they were told the phone is engaged. They explained the situation and were told a Tech would be sent out. This problem is also effecting the internet which goes on and off.
Can someone please treat this at URGENT as the lady of the house is VERY PREGNANT - her baby was actually due today, and in an emergency needs a landline.
