Change in contract, no change in billing

I have changed my contract on the 10th of July 2014 (various line items had to change, e.g. BIS, downgraded options etc). NOT A SINGLE CHANGE has been implemented on the billing, it is two months now. It seems like there is little to no system rectification that takes place when committed on the retail side.
