Cancel contract-change to prepaid-keep numbe

Last year October, I applied for my contract. Details were captured incorrectly into the system thereby resulting in almost a month to receive my phone as I was doing a port change from vodacom to cell C and was previously with cellucity.

The first two phones I received were faulty, therefore, I am in the process of cancelling my contract (as the options given to me were shocking!), but apparently it was captured as an upgrade and so they have to send an email to a department to get them to change that before cancelling the contract. Well since december the 20th last year, they have done that twice and still nothing. I refuse to spend my money on the phone sorting out their issues.

Will someone at autopage please sort this out!!!

1. Most important is that I keep my number in this process.
2. Cancel my contract
3. Put me to pre-paid cellc
