I went to the Kenilworth store to accept the upgrade on my phone contract, as my current phone was damaged. The consultant I dealt with did not make me aware that changes would remain permanent and also advised that I had a 7 day return policy. I went to the store the very next day to return the phone, as my current phone was operational again and also that the upgrade left me in a worse off plan, after considering it through. The Manager (Constintine) told me that their store does not operate according to Vodacom rules and said that he will not cancel the upgrade. I have called your cancellations line countless times and been on hold for hours, as you are not even efficient in that area either. I have tried complaining to higher powers, but still no joy. The 7 days will be over tomorrow and I still have not used the phone. I do not want it and feel that I have to take it to the people dealing with Consumer Protection, as I am being forced into a contract that does not suit my needs. Please resolve asap or I will have to take further steps
