I am so sick and tired of VODACOM taking its GODDAMN time to resolve my issue. How the do they justify a case being opened for 3 months!! I call almost every week and every week for the past 6 - 8 weeks i get the same update "Your request is with the Forensics". What kind of forensics dusts finger prints for more than 6 weeks? I'd say one that doesn't know what they are doing in the first place!

They do not respond and do not even bother to provide any kind of feedback. Its service like this and call centre that will put you on hold, play Katy Perry - Fireworks on max volume for the whole 15 minutes only to hang up on you thereafter - Don't think they will bother to call you back by the way - that infuriates and drives customers away.

This is unacceptable and I can't believe I am customer of such a company!!! They should consider me lost as a customer to them after this.
