Cell C 3G reception in the Kelvin area. From yesterday afternoon 5pm, i cannot utilise Internet. The signal was such poor quality upto 6am this morning. The signal drops and have to reconnect numerous times this morning. I had called Cell C on numerous occassions. They promised to get someone to test the signal and implement a booster at my place if necessary. I was called and told that someone will setup an appoinment with me. The call was closed with no further details. Called again last nite, was told that the call will be escalated to supervisor who was busy and could not speak to me. The response time will be 3 to 6 working days. I mean what the heck from 3 to 6 days that is 100% precent difference. This is 2013 not 1980. The agent could not send me an SMS or email because it is system generated. I guess that this is another way of not being able to trace the call.

BTW Cell C why is it that you contact centre msg is always "we experiencing a high volume of calls and we will direct you to an agent who may not be able to speak your language". These are excuses for poor service to be rendered to your customers.
