SHOCKING DAY WITH THE RED TEAM

I went to Boulders Vodacom to purchase 2 Samsung S4, I arrived at midday, it took them 1 hour to process my contract details and only then notify me that it will take a bit longer. I had to leave and got back at 5pm for what I thought would be a signing formality and collection of my phones. The poor new consultant had to beg his colleagues to assist in finalizing and explaining a few terms of the contract, which took approx. 45mins as the staff kept passing responsibility and avoiding work, I understand the consultant was new but the lack of assistance from the other staff to help him finalize a sale was pathetic! one consultant was even laid back on the red couch chatting up a client! Further to that I was then told they have no sim cards and I must purchase my own sim card at Makro and arrange a sim swap the following morning! Im in a cellphone shop an told to go to a wholesale to get a sim card and still pay for it when I have just signed 2 new contracts? I was also promised an e-mail with my proof of purchase... still waiting!
