About 3 months ago a call centre agent phone me from vodacom telling me that she wants to offer me an upgrade on a phone package I have I'm on top up 135 so I told her I don't like or want an open line phone she said to me its not at all the same its an exstra 90 bucks or somewthing like that for exstra data and airtime as well as a better upgrade on my phone so I said fine no problem eventually so I received a bill of 2300 from vodacom for an open line contracts I contacted them and I paid half of the bill so far but they not sorting this out I'm not willing to pay this full bill I have paid half I think this is fair don't think I should pay for this as I told her I'm not intrested in a open line
