Terrible service delivery by Web Africa

After about a month with no or only fractional service we wanted a refund. This was several times promised but until today, 3month later still did not take place! Furthermore after cancelling the service we still where billed even so we using another ISP for more than a month.
Customer service only exists on the telephone but not when it comes to actual service delivery
We now have to consult legal advice to get our money back
