Waiting for delivery of goods for a month!!!

I ordered goods from Home Mark and paid money for delivery into the account as advised, on the same day! Now one month later, STILL NOTHING!!! Today I was Told that my delivery was dispatched today only since the delivery charges was debited from my account on 16/01/2013... How is that possible!!! I can just say one thing!!! Shame on you!!! Very poor service. Total incompetence! I cannot believe that poor service delivery is accepted by your company. And management is NEVER available!!!
