No Delivery - Call Centre Agent Useless

The Reason im complaining is purely about the horrific service i have received from Groupon. I purchased a Phillips chopper on 2013/05/07 and was told that delivery will take place from the 4th of June 2013. After forgetting that i purchased this deal cause its well over a month, i contact groupon once again asking where is my Phillips chopper on the 14th of June. I then get told that the Philips Chopper will be collected today (14.06.2013) from our supplier and Deliveries to commence from 14.06.2013. So once again i wait and the 14th comes and goes and still no delivery. So i write to them on the 18th and once again it moves to the 20th. 20th is here and still no delivery, all i ask the call centre agent for is a refund and she keeps responding refuse delivery and we will refund you. I don't think she quite understands that i want my money back cause of no delivery then finally when i get delivery i must refuse. Great tactic isn't it? Seem like Groupon keeps moving the post with delivery of good. So they had my money for well over a month and half now and i still have not received delivery. Call centre agent is neither willing to pass this matter on to someone who can help. USEL
