Bed broke within a month, Couch ripped

I bought an Amsterdam brown leather bed and a white leather corner couch at House and HOME months ago. 1. The delivery was late (almost a month later)
2. When the couch arrived, it was not in its actual packaging (in a box) meaning it was not new and was ripped. 3. The bed broke within a month of delivery.
I notified the sales guy who was helping me Bantu about all of this but no one assisted with immediate effect including the manager Ben himself until I had to call the head office and Ben was contacted by them, and that was when he acted. They called me to the shop and I told them that due to their terrible service, I am now cancelling the contract and I want them to come and collect their stuff, still that process dragged and even when they came, they arrived very late though I had made arrangements with them to collect before 12 pm because I had to go somewhere. I had to call numerous times until they arrived at around 1:30. Ben confirmed that I will get my refund within 24hours but its been over 8 days now and when I call him he talks with attitude and he keeps on postponing as if he is doing something about it like he was doing the first time. Please assist me.
