I have complained more than a month ago and had been contacted by a very rude person who said that they will come out to survey our area as i am getting such a weak signal not only me but the rest of my friends and family in my area I was tod that id be contacted by a consultant who will also look into why i keep losing airtime as i have no subscriptions on my phone! so now more than a month later still no response
