NO SIGNAL BUT MUST STILL PAY MONTHLY

Dear Vodacom, this is my 3rd complaint on your page in a matter of 4 weeks. Everytime i get called and told that my problem it being attended to. The last call i had from a vodacom agent, i was told that due to weak signal levels in my area, they will provide me with some device arial to boost signal. To date no one has contacted me to arrange delivery! I hace to pay for a sevice every month and i cannot get the joy or even use of it!

i have also been told the they are sending technicitions to look at the problem. We are 5 people in the complex that has no complained about this problem and Vodacom cannot care anymore.

Sort this out or just allow me to cancel my contract, without paying any additional charges!!! Ref no S3-TYUCO-OEVT
