Cell C has the worst network and service!

I signed up for a contract with Cell C in the middle of 2013. I quickly realised that I had no signal in my area and that the signal would often drop in other random areas. I CANNOT MAKE CALLS. I contacted the call center and technicians were sent in, they then advised that they would be installing boosters in my area and that they would be done in December. I waited for more than three months and in December there was no change in the situation. I contacted them again and I was referred to several departments before being told that my area wasn't even on the list for upgrades! After several more phone calls, of about 45 minutes each, I still received no feedback. Eventually I was told that they were not sure when my area would be upgraded. I have an sms which says if I want a booster in my house, I would have to pay for it because only customers who spend between R1500 and R3500 in a three month period qualify for a booster. After more frustrating phone calls, I was told that I do spend more than the required amount and that someone would call me. It's now February and no one has called me!! I will never recommend Cell C to anyone!
