Hi,
I would like yto report that Vodacom and its staff as a whole has no concearn for their clients. I contacted them 5 times over the past week and I spoke to a series of consultants and I last called in and challenged the team leader to Pull all my calls from 04/09/13 to date. Every time I have called I have had top start over again relogging my queries and I feel that I have been abused as it stands. The ref # to date are S3-T0920-0EdF6 and S3-TOD2D-DMXB8.
I feel like I will keep paying for the constant as I have a contract and switch over to a different network for use of my phone. I have acknowledged that You dont care about your customers and there is not much one can do. In that instance I will like to share that you guys have utterly disppointed me and you have done nothing to change mine and familys view of your conduct or thereof your ambassadors.
