Hi

My name is Sibusiso Malinga and till now I have been a fan of Vodacom till today. When I got my phone it was a want for me and need to have my contract with, Vodacom. I have called in a few time into Vodacom with various queries besides the fact that 50% of them were handled in a satisfactory manner was also a cause for concern.

I come from a customer servicing environment where even if there is bad news to be given to the client there is also a method of delivering the news with which the sour taste in clients mouth will be left but it doesn't have to feel that way. It can be less sour if your team learns to speak.

What happened was I did not understand exactly what was happening as on the 1st of every month I have my account refreshed with a call limit and Data. I went and purchased a 1GIG data package and that is what I was utilising to access my Internet. I was told that I had reached my limit and told my balance incorretly. I was given incorrect information right through by your agents.

I would like to further give my disappointment if anyone will give me the respect of a call and this platform has a limit to the characters that I am allowed.
