Threats without explanation

MWEB have been sending threatening SMS's regarding an amount of R60.00 that they say we owe and which we dont. We contacted the call centre twice already (first time 11 January 2013) to find out what the sms is about. Both times we were told we would be phoned back and told where the problem is. So far no feedback. This morning i decided to do a follow up call and was told that the sms's come from the collections department and that i would be transferred there. After 2-3 minutes i was cut off. This is ridiculous as i have no statement of what this amount is for. All services were paid for in advance as required by mweb. The account was on debit order to ensure payment. Please can someone sort this out now.
